A short planned power interruption of approximately20 minutes, affecting about 500 customers, is scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, July 23 in your area. This interruption is required to carry out a change to the configuration of our distribution network.
Affected customers will receive an automated Hydro‑Québec telephone message at least 24 hours before the interruption. If a customer is unavailable, a message will be left on their voicemail or answering machine whenever possible. If a message cannot be left, additional attempts will be made to reach the customer.
Information about the planned interruption will also be available shortly on Outage Info (Info‑pannes), where customers will be able to view details related to this planned event.
