A short planned power interruption<\/strong> of approximately20\u00a0minutes<\/strong>, affecting about 500 customers<\/strong>, is scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, July 23<\/strong> in your area. This interruption is required to carry out a change to the configuration of our distribution network<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Affected customers will receive an automated Hydro\u2011Qu\u00e9bec telephone message<\/strong> at least 24 hours before the interruption<\/strong>. If a customer is unavailable, a message will be left on their voicemail<\/strong> or answering machine<\/strong> whenever possible. If a message cannot be left, additional attempts<\/strong> will be made to reach the customer.<\/p>\n

Information about the planned interruption will also be available shortly on Outage Info (Info\u2011pannes)<\/strong>, where customers will be able to view details related to this planned event.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
