Le service d’évaluation de la MRC de Pontiac effectue des inspections dans la municipalité pour une ou plusieurs des raisons suivantes :
- Mise à jour de l’inventaire du fichier immobilier (visite obligatoire au moins tous les 9 ans pour s’assurer que les informations dont nous disposons sur votre propriété sont toujours valides et précises).
- Enquête suite à l’achat de votre propriété (visite obligatoire pour collecter certaines informations pour une étude de marché suite à l’achat de votre propriété).
- Permis de construction / de rénovation / de démolition (visite obligatoire suite à la délivrance d’un permis de construction, de rénovation ou de démolition par votre municipalité).

The property assessment inspectors from the MRC Pontiac will be doing home visits over the next few weeks in our municipality. We kindly ask that you welcome them on your property so they can do their work. Thank you for your collaboration ✌️
The evaluation department of the MRC Pontiac is currently conducting inspections in the Municipality for one or more of the following reasons:
- Updating property file inventory (mandatory visit at least once every 9 years to ensure that the information we have concerning your property is still valid and accurate).
- Questionnaire following the purchase of your property (mandatory visit to collect certain information for a market study following the purchase of your property).
- Construction / renovation / demolition permit (mandatory visit following the issuance of a construction, renovation or demolition permit from your Municipality).
